WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
All face-to-face Delegate and Student registrations include:

- Evening Social Functions (at an additional cost – Tickets must be purchased as there is limited availability)
Lanyards must be worn at all times.

REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk is located within the Mantra Lobby, directly outside the convention centre space. Before you attend the program, please collect your name badge and pocket program from the registration desk.
Registration desk operating hours:

Thursday 20th February 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Friday 21st February 7:30AM – 1:00PM
NAME TAGS
Delegates are required to wear their name tags to all sessions, including during catering breaks and all Social Functions.
MOBILE PHONES
Please ensure your mobile devices are switched to silent during any session you attend.
BUS TRANSFERS
The conference has organised bus transfers for delegates who have booked tickets between Mantra Lorne, Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station.
Wednesday 19th February
Tullamarine Airport Melbourne to Lorne: bus departs at 10:00AM sharp from Melbourne Airport Terminal 4 Parking.
Southern Cross Station to Lorne: bus departs at 10:30AM from Bay 55 outside Greyhound Australia.
Friday 21st February
Lorne to Southern Cross Station via Tullamarine Airport: bus departs at 02:00 PM sharp from Mantra Lobby entrance.
Lorne is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Melbourne. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, as the driver will not be able to wait for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES – VISA’S
All international delegates must obtain a visa to enter Australia. Please use this link for more information.
SPEAKER PREPARATION
It is of utmost importance that each presenter strictly adheres to the previously advised talk timeframe.
Please make sure to create your presentation in a 16:9 widescreen format (landscape).
A PowerPoint presentation template can be found here.
Your presentation is to be loaded directly onto the PC in the session room on the morning of your session. You should bring your talk on a USB, clearly labelled with the Time_Session_Name (i.e. 9:30_Session 2_Lianna-Danielle Rizk), saved in an appropriate format for display on a projector within the room (i.e. PowerPoint). A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help you check your presentation. Please note there are no Mac computers in the presentation room. If you wish to use your Mac, please ensure you bring the appropriate projector converter cables.
A timer will be used on the day to ensure that all speakers are provided fair opportunity to present and receive questions. Anyone not finished within the time allotted will be kindly asked to stop their presentation.
Please arrive at your room at least 15 minutes prior to your session to meet with the chair and other speakers in your session.
POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
Posters should be size 1x1.2m portrait orientation and can be attached to the poster boards with provided velcro.
Additional velcro supplies can be obtained from the registration desk. The poster boards are in the Convention Centre and numbered according to the ID numbers in the program.

Poster Session 2
Thursday, 20th February 2025
Time: 6:00PM - 7:30PM
Featuring: Science Bite and even numbered posters
Presenters will be required to stand at your poster during your sessions for discussion.
Official viewing and judging of student posters will happen during the two sessions on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Please ensure you are present at your poster during your session.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have included your dietary requirements during your registration, you will be catered accordingly throughout the event.
With the majority of breaks, your catering will be served separately, however please let yourself known to venue staff at social functions.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
At the conclusion of the Conference, your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you. This can also be downloaded from your registration profile.
