Social Functions

Please ensure a ticket is purchased for all social functions you wish to attend as numbers are limited. Tickets must be presented upon arrival to the function and will also be used as your complimentary drink token.
Please see ASN staff at the registration desk if you are adding a Welcome Function or Conference Dinner ticket to your registration and they will give you a ticket.

Welcome Function
Venue: The Peak Lorne Country Club
Date: Wednesday 19th February 2025
Time: 7:45PM - 10:00PM
Cost: Delegate $65, Student $40, Additional ticket $75

 

 

This ticket includes one drink. Additional drinks are available for purchase separately at the venue.
All special dietary requirements will be accommodated. Tickets must be purchased as spaces are limited.

Please be aware the walk to The Peak is steep, so the conference has made a shuttle bus available from 7:30PM. leaving from the Mantra lobby.
Return shuttle will begin at 9:45PM back to Mantra Lorne.

Student and ECR Networking Lunch
Venue: Seagrass Lawn, Mantra Lorne
Date: Thursday 20th February 2025
Time: 1:10PM - 2:20PM

 

 

This lunch is a networking opportunity for students and early career researchers.
The ticket includes a fully catered lunch with non-alcoholic beverages provided on the Seagrass lawn of Mantra Lorne.

Conference Dinner
Venue: The Common at Lorne Oval
Date: Thursday 20th February 2025
Time: 7:45PM - 10:00PM
Cost: General delegates $75, Students $45, Additional ticket $75
