- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I specialize in computational biology, where I develop data science and engineering methods to tackle major public health challenges, particularly in the space of infectious diseases. Using high-dimensional statistics, random matrix theory, signal processing, and machine/deep learning, I combine rigorous data analysis with a deep understanding of biological problems. My work is basic science with real-world applications, addressing critical topics like drug resistance, immune escape, and the development of vaccines, therapies, and diagnostics.
